Apple adds a few new wallpapers to iOS 4 while taking out a few of them. Notably the ones removed are

Leonardo Da Vinci – Mona Lisa
Vincent van Gogh – The Starry Night
Paul Cézanne – Still Life with Apples and Oranges
Georges-Pierre Seurat – A Sunday on La Grande Jatte
