It is only the second day of 2015 and I am running out of “data” on my T-Mobile plan. Luckily I’m only a few days away from the new cycle of my plan. I was burning through 1GB of data in one hour, tethering my MacBook to my iPhone.

The lesson learned here is not to leave a bowl of SpaghettiOs unattended when Tabascus is around.
Tabascus is the name of this red-headed kitten, given by a six-year-old boy.

Securifi Almond, Part 1
I’ve heard a lot of good things about Securifi Almond but I have never used one. Just this past week, I found one of the wireless router at the office need to be replaced. That is one good excuse to get one. I hesitated a little bit because we had recently upgraded the network to Gigabit Ethernet; Securifi Almond does not have Gigabit Ethernet support. The upcoming Securifi Almond+ will have Gigabit Ethernet support.
I should be getting the unit sometimes soon.
