Up All Night Removing Malware From Windows XP.

Since the computer is needed 1 hour at 06:00 hour, I pulled an all-nighter to remove the malware from Windows XP. This malware is a vicious one. It is a memory resident malware and altered any executables ran after explorer shell was launched. It did not alter the executables and that’s why most Anti-Virus programs detected nothing at all.

I managed to remove the offending malware manually so I could get started with the process. Here I am six something hours later running final scans on the hard-drive or any traces of the malware.

So far, so good…

This Decade Doesn’t End Until December 31st, 2010.

There is no year Zero so the decade starts at year One. This means this Decade starts in January 2001 and ends in December 2010. Why do everyone calling out “The Best of This Decade” already?

Well, unless we’re talking some programming logic, we’re starting at Zero. But we never had year Zero.

Once again, the 21’s Century starts in 2001, not in 2000.

Why am I doing this?

iPhone Internet Tethering on AT&T Network.

Many wonders when AT&T would give Apple the go to enable Internet Tethering on the iPhone. Well, I guess we all have to wait. The year 2009 is coming to a close and for sure we won’t see such announcement from AT&T this year.

And then I saw this:

After restoring an iPhone to OS 3.1.2 I noticed that the Data Roaming was on and there’s the option for setting up Internet Tethering. For some reasons it did not work, but the option was there. No, the iPhone was not and still is not jail broken.

Tell me that I’m not somehow travelled into the near future for a while there.
