QuickTime 7.6 is available for Mac OS X (Leopard and Tiger) and Windows (XP and Vista).

Starting January 16th, 2009 Circuit City website is closed. The site no longer displays any products and accepts any online orders.
Circuit City is closing all of its 567 stores across the United States. Closing sales will start as early as Saturday January 17th, 2009.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs today sent the following email to all Apple employees:…….
In order to take myself out of the limelight and focus on my health, and to allow everyone at Apple to focus on delivering extraordinary products, I have decided to take a medical leave of absence until the end of June.

Our MacRumorsLive keynote coverage was hacked today, inserting inappropriate content into the text and photo feeds. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore our services. The hack appears to be limited to the MacRumorsLive servers so forum accounts should be safe.We’ll continue Macworld Expo coverage on an ongoing basis this week, and will report on Apple’s announcements shortly.

During Phil Schiller’s MacWorld San Francisco 2009, MacRumorsLive.com was hacked. MacRumors shut down the page minutes after. A line that said “Steve Jobs just died” was inserted into the feed. One message also carried 4CHAN.ORG badge.
