Spybot – Search & Destroy 1.5 was released on September 03, 2007.
On of the earliest and free Anti-Spyware program. I have been using Spybot since late 2002, and couldn’t be anymore thankful to the developers. They have been the saving grace for many times. Countless numbers of Windows running computers were saved using Spybot. Granted that I use more than one program to fight spyware, but Spybot is in the permanent roster.
Spybot – Search & Destroy 1.5 is compatible with Windows Vista.
Get Spybot – Search & Destroy from Safer-Networking.org and don’t forget to donate to the developer who provides this wonderful software for free.

I was using Disco, a Mac Disc Burning software, and I had Little Snitch running on my Mac. It is interesting that Disco is connecting to AppZapper.com whenever it is starting up. I am sure that it is checking for updates, interestingly it is connecting to some other site.
Is this a new way of advertising for the security conscious mind (a.k.a. the Paranoid!)?
