Apple Releases iMac Software Update 1.0 for New iMacs

Apple releases updates for the newly announced iMac:

iMac Software Update 1.0 – 5.1MB
This update provides important bug fixes and is recommended for 20-inch and 24-inch iMac models with 2.0, 2.4, or 2.8GHz processors

iLife ’08 Is Not Available in some Apple Retail Stores

Shortly after the announcements of iLife ’08 and iWork ’08, I called some Apple Retail Stores to confirm the availability of both software packages. To my surprise, all the Apple Retail Stores I called have on iWork ’08 but not iLife ’08. Every Apple Retail Store employee I talked to could not confirm the ETA of iLife ’08 at their respective locations.

Both iLife ’08 and iWork ’08 are available at Apple Retail Stores.

Apple Releases New Airport Extreme Base Station with Gigabit Ethernet Ports

Apple quietly introduces new Airport Extreme Base Station 80.11n with Gigabit Ethernet ports. The new Airport Extreme Base Station now features Gigabit Ethernet on the WAN and the LAN ports.

South Park – The Complete Tenth Season

The tenth season of South Park includes the instant classic and Emmy Winning “Make Love, Not Warcraft” – one of the most ridiculous South Park episodes ever. I actually purchased the Season Pass for this season on iTunes Store. Overall, season ten delivers top notch South Park episodes, that’s my opinion and I am sticking to it.
