Another “The Big Four” date is confirmed. Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax will be sharing the stage at Sonisphere Switzerland on June 18th, 2010. Heaven & Hell, Motorhead and Mastodon will also be part of the show.

A Call To Arms……. VLC Needs Mac OS X Developers.
The news of possible end to VLC development for Mac OS X caused quite a stir today. Based the Forums post, at this point there are no active VLC developers for Mac OS X.
VLC is a multimedia player with supports for many audio and video format. It is also a required component for Handbrake feature to work.
Developers who can donate their time are desperately needed to keep this project going.
Dragon Dictation iPhone App is Updated to Address Privacy Issues.
Dragon Dictation app has just been updated to address privacy issues. Contact name upload is now made optional. The app should be available for download soon.

Nexus One, Here I come!
It seems that I’ll be getting Nexus One, the fabled Google phone. Since Reuters broke the story and picked up by the Android Guys; it is really likely I’d be getting Nexus One this January 2010.

What does “old Google account” mean?
I know that I have google account when it was first in invitation only phase.

Apparently Microsoft still doesn’t like Mozilla Firefox. Microsoft Security Essentials marks Mozila Firefox uninstaller as Trojan.
Description: This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.
Recommendation: Remove this software immediately.
