South Park is sued for “What, What In The Butt” Parody Video.

It took more than two years for Brownmark Films to take South Park creators, Comedy Central and Viacom to court over a video parody that was done back in April 2008. Apparently the 30-something million views on YouTube and Billions of Theoretical Internet Dollars are not enough for Sam “Samwell” Norman and Brownmark Films.

Kerry King to perform “Rattlehead” with Megadeth.

UPDATE:

Breaking news for Slayer and Megadeth fans. Kerry King will be joining Megadeth to perform “Rattlehead” at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Hollywood tonight. The last time Kerry King played with Megadeth as touring guitarist was back in 1984.

Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax is wrapping up their month-long Jägermeister Fall Music Tour tonight.

Apple TV, Day Zero.

I called numbers of Apple Stores around California regarding Apple TV availability and all but one store has Apple TV in stock. So I headed out to Apple Store Fashion Island in Newport Beach and to get one.

Apple Store Fashion Island has plenty of Apple TV in stock and numbers of customers are buying one or two.

Fast forward an hour later:
