Apple is live-streaming the WWDC Keynote on its website and Apple TV.

Live streaming video requires Safari 4 or later on OS X v10.6 or later; Safari on iOS 4.2 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later.

Apple to Acquire Beats Music & Beats Electronics

CUPERTINO, California—May 28, 2014—Apple® today announced it has agreed to acquire the critically acclaimed subscription streaming music service Beats Music, and Beats Electronics, which makes the popular Beats headphones, speakers and audio software. As part of the acquisition, Beats co-founders Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre will join Apple. Apple is acquiring the two companies for a total of $3 billion, consisting of a purchase price of approximately $2.6 billion and approximately $400 million that will vest over time.

Now that it is officially confirmed, we all can argue about the correct pronunciation of “Iovine”.

Apple announced that WWDC 2014 Keynote will be streamed live at 10:00 am on Monday June 2, 2014.

One can assume that Apple has one big announcement at WWDV 2014.

According to firstnameatappledotcom, key Apple employees have been spending extra time this year at Foxconn factory in China; hinting at possible introduction of new hardware at WWDC 2014.

One Week to Apple WWDC 2014

Apple WWDC 2014 is set to take place in San Francisco from June 2 to June 6, 2014.

According to our friend firstnameatappledotcom, there will be a pleasant surprise at the WWDC Keynote. We can’t wait to see what the surprise ie.

Many expect Apple to preview the next iOS and OS X at the Keynote while some expect an announcement of a new hardware or two.
