Microsoft SkyDrive has some restrictions with regards to file naming convention:
The file path cannot contain the following characters: / : * ? ” < > |
Dropbox definitely will not sync files or folder that contain any of the following characters: *
Google Drive allows all the characters limited by SkyDrive.
