triPod The Kitten
We rescued this abandoned kitten. He was named “triPod” because he was born with deformed and badly infected front left leg. We are trying our best to nurse him to health.
This sweet kitten needs a loving home. He loves people already.

Jeff Hanneman, 1964 – 2013
Jeff Hanneman, guitarist of seminal band Slayer died at 49 on Thursday May 2nd, 2013.
OUR BROTHER JEFF HANNEMAN, MAY HE REST IN PEACE (1964 – 2013)
Slayer is devastated to inform that their bandmate and brother, Jeff Hanneman, passed away at about 11AM this morning near his Southern California home. Hanneman was in an area hospital when he suffered liver failure. He is survived by his wife Kathy, his sister Kathy and his brothers Michael and Larry, and will be sorely missed.
The last time I saw Jeff Hanneman and his wife off-stage was backstage at one of their shows months before the spider-bite incident.

iMac sans LCD and Hard Drive
One of the things I did earlier today at “work” was taking apart a late 2009 aluminum iMac to replace the hard drive. You can see an orange suction cup on the shelf on the top right of the picture.
