Apple has officially seeded OS X Mavericks Golden Master to Developers. Many expect Apple to publicly release OS X Mavericks this October along with the newly redesigned Mac Pro and updated MacBook Pro.
The 5.29 GB installer for OS X Mavericks GM seed is available to paid Apple Developers at the Mac App Store.

MobileMe Complimentary Storage Upgrade Has Ended
When iCloud was launched back in October 12, 2011 Apple gave MobileMe members complimentary 20 GB iCloud storage upgrade. As of October 1, 2013 that complimentary storage upgrade has ended. Former MobileMe member should see their iCloud storage revert back to 5 GB.
