Comedy Central does not approve Uncensored version of South Park Episode 201.

South Park: Season 14 Episode 5 – “200” is no longer available on iTunes Store. It is possible that the “current version” of the episode is pulled by Comedy Central. Some readers confirmed. It is also possible that both Episodes “200” and “201” will never see the light of day anymore.

We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn’t some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle’s customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn’t mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too.

According to South Park Studios, Comedy Central deliberately bleeped out all mentions of Muhammad from the “201” Episode. In addition to that Comedy Central prohibits South Park Studios from streaming “201” original version that lacks of the audio bleeps. South Park Studios promises to post a version of the episode as soon as possible per Comedy Central approval.

“201” is the second part of a two parter, following the 200th Episode aptly titled “200” which aired a week before. In “200” the mention of the name Muhammad was not bleeped out.

Comedy Central is certainly picking their battle carefully, but not necessarily wisely. Buddha was seen sniffing Cocaine in “200” and “201” while Jesus was said to be viewing Internet porn in the 201st Episode.

iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2: Emoji is back!

According to our source, Emoji is available again in iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2. In beta 1, for some reasons Emoji option could not be enabled, unless the OS was upgraded from iPhone OS 3.x. It is now categorized simply as “Emoji” inthe International Keyboard selections. Previously it was part of Japanese Keyboards.

Calling Captain Obvious, 17-inch MacBook Pro is larger than 15-inch MacBook Pro.

I thought that I would never figure this out, but thanks to AppleInsider I finally understand.

Disadvantages of the 17″ MacBook Pro

Apart from being $300 more, the 17″ version is a pound heavier than the 15″ model and 1.1″ wider and 0.7″ deeper (it’s also a hair thicker). It won’t fit into sleeves for 15″ models, and won’t fit into a variety of bags or backpacks intended for “regular sized” laptops.

Once again, thanks AppleInsider for pointing out that 17-inch MacBook Pro is larger and heavier than its 15-inch counterpart. You know how much I hate having MacBook Pro with smaller screen to be bigger and heavier than the one with larger screen. What an observation! Without this information I’d be cursing the day while trying to fit the 17-inch MacBook Pro into a 15-inch MacBook Pro sleeve.

As always, Apple haters already jumped on the poorly-written-angst-driven-Apple-Hating-Paul-Thurrottesque story that Gizmodo ran about How Apple Screws Every Ebook App But iBooks. Great one Wilson, the Apple Haters took the bait. What? It’s not a bait. Well, at least you made a retraction and left your original post.

Maybe Gizmodo should give Paul Thurrott a call, your Apple Trolling skill is a bit rusty. For sure Thurrott can help you in that subject. But if you’re making Thurrott your staff then you’d be employing a Microsoft employee. Wait, what? Thurrott is not Microsoft Employee? Ah he’s just an independent Microsoft P.R. agent. Got it.
