50 Years Ago, They Put a Man on the Moon

I’m singing the chorus to R.E.M.’s 1992 song “Man on the Moon“.

“If you believed they put a man on the moon”

Apollo 11 was launched on July 16, 1969 and four days some hours later, they put a man on the Moon. To be exact, they put two men on the Moon. Commander Neil Armstrong, and Lunar Module Pilot Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin became the first and second humans to ever stepped on the Moon… that we know of! ?

Since then, we as human collective on this earth, landed on the Moon 5 more times.

Maybe someday we would have an Amusement Park on the Moon, where Whalers are carrying harpoons.

Fire on E. 29th Street, in Long Beach

UPDATE: According to LA Times, there were three fires in the Long Beach area including this one on Wednesday, June 19, 2019.

As captured by the Dash Cam, fire broke out adjacent to I-405 Freeway and E. 29th St.

Firefighters were already on the scene and containing the fire before it spread further.

Long Beach Police and Fire Departments blockaded the roads while the fire is being contained.

Power to the People of Hong Kong

Hong Kong is Culturally and Economically unique; where East meets West. Hong Kong is the Golden Goose and it would be foolish for China to pluck all of its feathers.

People of Hong Kong is the embodiment of Democracy in Action.

Choose Standard or Expedited Shipping!
