Meatloaf T. Cat In Memoriam

Sad news, Meatloaf T. Cat passed away late Monday morning January 21, 2013.

Meatloaf had help us raising and fostering stray kittens we’ve rescued for the past 10 years. We will continue to do so in memory of him.

Meatloaf was one the subjects of our photography work and pictures of him almost made it to National Geographic Magazine.

Meatloaf was a great cat, more than a pet. We all are sad to see him gone. We know that his spirit will carry on as we continue our efforts in rescuing animals, especially kittens.

iPhone Math? You’ve gotta be kidding me!

I am still loopy from all the sedatives the veterinarian is giving me. I have an IV in my front right leg. Even with all that I can tell if something is not right. Why would anyone report the “iPhone Math” gibberish as news? I don’t think Apple would even codenamed an iPhone by “iPhone Math” in the lifetime of this Universe and the next few big bangs. I can come up with better fake news while I’m using my litter box.

Shame on you for reporting this as news!

OK, I have to get some rest. Meow!

The bent pins

A few days a go my colleague and I were working on a computer which was having some odd problems. During the trouble shooting, I noticed something with the CPU socket.

Intel-Socket-1155

At a glance, there’s nothing wrong with the CPU socket, but upon a much closer inspection you can see where the problem is.

Two pins were bent out of shape. It might be causing the computer to randomly crash.
