VLC 2.1 codenamed “Rincewind”, a major update to the Open Source media player is now available.
This is one media player that I use a lot.

VLC has made its way back to iOS. Availability on iTunes App Store has been spotty. I managed to download it.
VLC iOS is a port of the famous free media player to iDevices.
