According to a person who is claiming to be a high ranking Apple employee that is not Phil Schiller, OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 release might be accompanied with some hardware refresh.
Apple Seeds OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 build 13C62, just a mere 5 days after build 13C59.
Further speculations by a developer that shall remain unnamed indicates Apple is aiming for late February 2014 release for OS X Mavericks 10.9.2.
