It was 10:00 a.m. PDT on Thursday April 25, 2013. WWDC 2013 ticket went on sale.
Many reported that WWDC tickets sold out in 2 to 3 minutes top.
Some Developers reported that Apple offered them second chances to buy WWDC Tickets.

Apple announces Worldwide Developer Conference 2013 to take place on June 10-14, 2013. Tickets go on sale at 10:00 a.m. PDT, April 24, 2013. Each ticket costs $1,599 USD.

Apple updates iPhoto 9.4.3 and Java for OS X (Java for OS X 2013-003 and Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 15).
In addition to that Apple also updates:
