Apple brings FaceTime to the Mac, enabling video chat with iPhone 4 and iPod touch.
FaceTime for Mac public beta is now available for download. FaceTime for Mac requires Mac OS X v10.6.4 Snow Leopard or later.
Apple seeds iOS 4.2 beta 3 to Developers.
iOS 4.2 beta 3 arrived a few hours earlier than expected today. Apple has been sending out notices to registered iOS developers about the availability of the latest beta of iOS 4.2 this Afternoon.
As usual thanks to a three-letter-abbreviation that is not an acronym known as NDA, details are scarce. Apple is working out the bugs in iOS 4.2 to meet the unspecified November 2010 self-imposed deadline.
iOS 4.2 beta 3 is also accompanied by iTunes 10.1 beta 2, available for Mac OS X and Windows (x86 and x64).
Google adds Goggles into Google Mobile Apps for iOS.
Google Goggles is now available for iPhone and iPod touch. It is not a stand-alone app, but it is integrated into Google Mobile App.
iOS Remote App and Apple TV Control.
The iOS Remote App can be used to control Apple TV. It requires “Home Sharing” turned on with a valid Apple ID/iTunes Account.

I called a number of Apple Retail Stores in California today and only one Apple Retail Store have the new Apple TV in stock. According to the Apple Store Employee, they have “plenty” in stock.

The great folks at Automattic has just released WordPress 2.6 App for iOS. It is now available for download at iTunes App Store.
