Google updates its Google Drive app for Android and iOS.
Google Docs is now a part of Google Drive!
Now pointlessly enhanced with AI
First I saw the promoted Tweet in my feed:
ORLY?
Then it came down to this:
Bing lost to Google.
I searched for “Natalie Portman Ridiculous Movie” back in February 2011, and Google returned results that mentioned “Your Highness” movie.
Sorry Microsoft, you lost… this time…again.
It sounds less creepy saying “I’ll Google it” compared to “I’ll Bing it.”
It’s official, Google Fiber is coming……. to Kansas City in Kanas and Missouri.

It is interesting that Google would be providing TV service. In addition to that, Gigabit + TV plan includes a Nexus 7. I’m guessing that it is used to control the TV Box.
The more people in the same neighborhood (or “Fiberhood” as Google called it) are interested in getting the service, the sooner Google will roll it out.
Now, Google, bring it to Southern California where I live!
Google Fiber is coming, Google Fiber is coming!
Look out for an announcement at google.com/fiber on July 26.

At this point no one (but Microsoft and Paul Thurrott) would argue that Google has the best Internet Search Algorithm. Since it is so popular then it should be a Standard Essential Patent. Since Google is a huge proponent of Open Source, then Google should open source its search engine.
