Apple seeds macOS High Sierra Golden Master Candidate (build 15A372) on Thursday, September 14, 2017.

One of many known issues in macOS High Sierra is related to the new Apple File System (APFS):

  • Some third-party applications may not correctly recognize volumes that are formatted using APFS.

We’re jumping in head-first, again, into the latest macOS High Sierra build. Let’s see waht else is still broken.

Apple seeds OS X Yosemite Golden Master Candidate 1.0 build 14A379a to Developers on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.

OS X Yosemite GM Candidate 1.0

Based on chatters from within Apple, OS X Yosemite might see a release date sometimes in mid October, 2014.

OSX Lion is going Golden Master.

According to sources unfamiliar with anti-matter, Mac OS X Lion has reached the Golden Master state. Public release will follow roughly in the next two weeks. Mac OS X Lion will be distributed through Mac App Store.

iPhone OS 3.0 GM is Released to iPhone Developers.

Following the WWDC 2009 Keynote, Apple releases iPhone OS 3.0 GM to iPhone Developers.

iPhone OS 3.0 GM bears 7a341 build number was finalized in May 22nd, 2009. Apple will make iPhone OS 3.0 avaialble for public on June 17th, 2009 two days ahead of the release of iPhone 3G S.

iPhone OS 3.0 requires iTunes 8.2.

For those whose looking for iPhone OS 3.0 GM download, please read the following advisory from Apple:

Updating devices to iPhone OS 3.0 GM Seed software. This version of  iPhone
OS 3.0 should only be deployed on devices dedicated for  iPhone OS 3.0 GM
Seed software development. By installing iPhone OS 3.0 GM Seed software
on your Authorized Test Devices, these Devices are permanently “locked”
into testing mode and cannot be restored to an earlier release of iPhone OS.
Bear this in mind before installing the software.

It is not known yet if iPhone OS 3.0 GM requires the iPhone to be registered for development. Stay tuned.
