Eight Fold Path to Preserve the Moment

I dug up my DSLR Camera that I had not used for quite a few years, partially thanks to the advancement in phone cameras. I was hoping to capture the moments of the day, in particular the Crimson Sunset as the result of the wildfires in Southern California.

Unfortunately I had a few appointments today that prevented me from reaching the spot where I could photograph the Sunset on time.

I have charged the batteries and prepared the memory cards. I hope I could capture a few slice of tomorrow.

Originally I was going to title this post “The Wind Cries Scary” or “Los Angeles is Burning”

Obviously, I’m talking about the severe wind conditions and multiple fires in Greater Los Angeles.

There has not been a shortage of burning fires in Los Angeles in the last 30-40 years. This time it is just as scary as they all were, the fire.
