Game of Thrones, Season Six

Game of Thrones Season 6 April 24 2016

Here we go again with Game of Thrones. The sixth season of life-action adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” kicks off with the episode titled “The Red Woman“.

Is Jon Snow really dead?

Guess we will find it out.

In addition to that, new seasons of Veep and Silicon Valley also premiere tonight.

In case you are willing to give HBO some money for providing quality entertainment, you can head up to HBONOW.com and start a free month subscription.

HBO: Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley and Veep

New seasons of Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley and Veep is now live on HBO. Those are the three shows that I have on my watch list.

I do not have HBO, let alone cable TV. Usually I would go to my friends’ house to watch any HBO shows. This time I can watch them in the comfort of my own through HBONow. I have not watch the new episodes yet, but for sure I’ll be watching them on the Apple TV.

Target Ticket Shuts Down

Target Ticket Shuts Down

It only took a little over 18 months and Target Ticket is shutting down its service; effective March 7, 2015.

Target Ticket customers are eligible to migrate their account to CinemaNow and Disney Movies Anywhere.

I had “Guardians of the Galaxy” on Target Ticket, and it was not eligible for transfer to CinemaNow. That’s because it would be migrated to Disney Movies Anywhere; which I already have by redeeming one code in two places.

Despite of my poor initial impression of UltraViolet, they have done a great job keeping the movies I purchased (through redemption code) accessible in many places.

SIMPSORAMA

A SHOW OUT OF IDEAS TEAMS UP WITH A SHOW OUT OF EPISODES

So true!

Simpsorama Scene

Simpsorama” turned out to be the first new The Simpsons episode the I watched for at least the last 12 years. I want new Futurama episodes; damn you Fox, Comedy Central and all the humans! Umm, please ignore that last part.

This crossover within Matt Groening’s universe is a lot more The Simpsons than Futurama. It is nice to see the Planet Express gang, but it left me wanting more after blurting “That’s all they can come up with?”

Now, can we get new Futurama episodes that would definitely be written better than “Simpsorama”?
