Yes it is A Different Kind Of Truth.

Van Halen is back with David Lee Roth sans Michael Anthony; Wolfgang Van Halen (Eddie’s son) is taking the bass duty. New album titled “A Different Kind Of Truth” is scheduled for February 7th, 2012 release while its first single “Tattoo” goes on sale on January 10th, 2012 on iTunes and January 14th, everywhere else such as Amazon MP3.

Blabbermouth.net user GhostofPerdition pointed out that “A Different Kind Of Truth” cover art looks like a rip-off of The Commodores “Movin’ On”.

The Lighter Side of Insomnia: “Sneak Peak” @StealthMountain

Creddit where credit is due.

“Sneak Peek” is also known as “teaser” and ” special preview”; yet it is often misspelled as “Sneak Peak”. Those who use Twitter be forewarned, @StealthMountain will sneak on you and correct you. So I purposely tweeted:

I just want to say: “Sneak Peak”

Then @StealthMountain replied:

@iVeryAm I think you mean “sneak peek”

Nothing much said on http://stealth-mountain.blogspot.com/.

p.s. This post will be automatically tweeted, and we’ll see if Stealth Mountain would reply.

Captain Obvious called this one.

It was like an accident waiting to happen, Hasbro sues ASUS over Transformer Prime tablet. Hasbro holds many trademarks, and obviously won’t let ASUS get away with it. Michael Bay should make a movie about this lawsuit.

By the way, ASUS Transformers Prime site is horrible. If it is in HTML5 than it is a kitchen-sink full of HTML5 barf.

Remember when Apple licensed the name “Mighty Mouse” from Viacom just like Verizon Wireless licensed the name “DROID” from Lucasfilm?

Travelling back to 1982-1983.

Metallica and Mustaine had been on stage together during the Big 4 shows, but not like this. Dave Mustaine once again fulfilled the role he had back in 1982 and 1983, the lead guitarist of Metallica even only for three songs. Metallica and Dave Mustaine together performed “Phantom Lord”, “Jump In The Fire” and “Metal Militia” just like they did back in 1982 and 1983. How we all really wish Cliff Burton were there too.

Dave Mustaine and James Hetfield, side by side doing what they do best.

It is even more surreal to see Dave Mustaine and Kirk Hammett “being in Metallica” at the same time.

It might have been 1982 and 1983 again.

Note to James Hetfield and Dave Mustaine: It’s not too late to collaborate together again.
