Mailbox App, the Gmail client that makes people wait in line to sign up, has been acquired by Dropbox.

Today we’re really excited to welcome the Mailbox team to Dropbox.

Did Dropbox make Mailbox team wait in a queue before they can join?

It did not take long for MailboxApp.com to be updated with Dropbox presence.

This means Mailbox App would get an update pretty soon at the App Store. It was first released on February 8, 2013.
