Apple Developer Center is Mostly Up
It has been one week since Apple took down its Developer Center Website due to security intrusion. At this point most of Apple Developer Center is back online including iOS and Mac Dev Centers. Apple developers with expiring paid memberships are given some extra time to renew since Program Enrollment and Renewals section of the website is still not operational.

Apple Developer System Status
Apple has created status page for its Developer Website as reveal in emails sent to registered Apple Developer.
Apple Developer System Status Update
We apologize for the significant inconvenience caused by our developer website downtime. We’ve been working around the clock to overhaul our developer systems, update our server software, and rebuild our entire database. While we complete the work to bring our systems back online, we want to share the latest with you.
We plan to roll out our updated systems, starting with Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, Apple Developer Forums, Bug Reporter, pre-release developer libraries, and videos first. Next, we will restore software downloads, so that the latest betas of iOS 7, Xcode 5, and OS X Mavericks will once again be available to program members. We’ll then bring the remaining systems online. To keep you up to date on our progress, we’ve created a status page to display the availability of our systems.
If your program membership is set to expire during this period, it will be extended and your app will remain on the App Store. If you have any other concerns about your account, please contact us.
Thank you for your continued patience.
As of this posting, Bug Reporter has just gone online.
Apple took down its Developer Website due to a hacking attempt on late Thursday July 18, 2013. Ibrahim Balic, a Turkish security researcher, believes that he is responsible for the intrusion that resulted in the downtime at Apple Developer Center.

John Gruber thinks that it is bad news since Apple Store was also down.
Obviously his spidey sense is either off or he doesn’t have one at all; John Gruber is not Peter Parker. Apple Store went back online right after Midnight on Sunday July 21, 2013.
During this period, Apple ID site is still working without interruptions.
Apple is expected to release iOS 7 beta 4 and OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 4 on Monday July 22, 2013; based on two week release schedule. Apparently many sites are reporting the obvious as news.
At this point our Apple contacts are either saying nothing or unreachable (out of the country).
OS X Mavericks
OS X Mavericks is coming Fall 2013. Developer beta of the next major release of OS X is available to Apple Developers.
From Apple Press Release:
Additional features in OS X Mavericks include:
- iCloud Keychain®, which safely stores your website login information, credit card numbers and Wi-Fi passwords, and pushes them to all of your devices so you don’t need to remember them. Information is always protected with AES-256 encryption when it’s stored on your Mac and when it’s pushed to your devices;
- an updated Calendar, which adds integration with Maps, continuous scrolling so you can zip through weeks or months, and a new Inspector to simplify event creation and editing;
- interactive Notifications, allowing you to reply to a message, respond to a FaceTime® call or even delete an email without leaving the app you’re using. Websites can now use notifications to keep you up to date on the latest news, scores and other information. While You Were Away Notifications make sure you see what happened while your Mac was asleep; and
- Xcode® 5, with powerful, intuitive new tools for developers that measure every aspect of app performance and energy use, as well as app testing.
OS X Mavericks is named after Mavericks, a surfing spot in Northern California.

OK, I’ve “signed” the iPhone Developer Updated Program License Agreement. NDA is in effect now. I can’t talk about it unless Apple revealed it first (or someone else).

Apple iPhone Developer Center is being updated. Developer must agree to the Updated Program License Agreement.
Well, since NDA is in effect, I can’t talk much about iPhone OS 4 other than what Apple has revealed today.
It is apparent that Snow Leopard is required to develop for iPhone OS 4.
