Cali the Kitten

Meet Cali the Kitten, she’s is so sweet. At the age of three weeks, Cali is already familiar with human even though she was born of a feral mommy kitty. Not to long ago, Cali was almost drowned because of the rain. Her mommy kitty was unable to move her in time. Luckily a really nice human boy heard Cali’s and her siblings’ cries. The human boy took Cali and her siblings to where he saw the mommy kitty went.

Cali needs a loving home somewhere in Southern California.

Shar Pei Puppies.

I saw a pile of Shar Pei puppies yesterday. The owner is looking to find good homes for them.

Mystery of the missing kittens.

A few days ago a feral cat named “Chocolate” were looking for her kittens. Her litter of kittens just went missing. On Sunday morning, the kittens, total of four mysteriously reappeared one by one. Chocolate then refused to take care of her kittens.

Apparently another cat which is Chocolate’s offspring “stole” the litter. As pictured below, there’s Chocolate and her two offsprings. The one in black and white named Tux was the one who stole the litter. Then there’s Meatloaf in the back, who is a domesticated cat but got along just fine with the feral cats.

It is not uncommon for cats to steal kittens from another. Feral cats are very communal and they are often nursing each other kittens. In some cases, when a cat left with no surviving kittens might “steal” other cat’s kittens.
