I was looking for some information regarding Plant vs. Zombies 2 for Android and stumbled upon the comments on Android Community.
The first thing that crossed my mind: “Stay classy Android community.”

This would be the first time I received Amber Alert on my Nexus 4 and iPhone. Users can turn this kind of alert on their phones.

Ambert Alert setting in iOS 6 and iOS 7 can be found in Settings > Notification Center
At the bottom there are “GOVERNMENT ALERT” settings.
Amber Alert settings in Android (4.3) can be found in Settings > Wireless & networks > More… > Cell broadcasts

Android 4.3 Update for Nexus 4
Android 4.3 finally shows up on my Nexus 4. I am still waiting for Android 4.3 to show up on my Nexus 7. I could also download the factory images directly from Google.

It seems that Chromecast does not work on its own and requires other device such as Android and iOS devices as the remote; even though Google says “Remote-free”.
