Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 & PPC108, the Arrival

Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 & PPC108 we ordered from Amazon.com just arrived today, thanks to Amazon Sunday Delivery.

Inside the the box, along with the Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 and the Orange Amplifiers PPC108 1×8 20W Speaker Cabinet, an Orange Kirlin 10ft Instrument Cable is also included. Based on the comments on Amazon.com, the cable is not always included as it is not part of the product description.

We’re going to have fun with it. For sure we are going to pair the Orange Amplifiers PPC108 1×8 20W Speaker Cabinet with the JOYO banTamP ZOMBIE Mini Tube Head we purchased a few weeks ago.

Kitten Diary: Runts of the Litter

Out of six kittens we found, these two are the runts of the litter. They are visibly smaller than the other four. you can see the size difference in the video I posted a few days ago. We are going to wait another week before they are ready for adoption. We also will capture their feral mommy kitty and get her fixed.

Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 & PPC108

Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 & PPC108 is coming from Amazon.com to our office this Sunday. We originally were going to get just the Orange Amplifiers PPC108 1×8 20W Speaker Cabinet to use with the JOYO banTamP ZOMBIE Mini Tube Head. We figured out, why not get the Orange Micro Terror Stack MT20 too.

We love the JOYO banTamP ZOMBIE Mini Tube Head as it was able to power a 2×12 Cabinet, albeit not to its full potential. That’s why we decided to get a 1×8 20W Cabinet, in case we’re going into the hobby/business in reviewing guitar accessories.

Can’t wait for Sunday to come.

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow

Futurama-Worlds-of-Tomorrow.jpg

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow game is officially out on the Ten Year Anniversarry of the release of iPhone original (June 29, 2007 – 2017).

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow is developed by TinyCo, a subsidiary of Jam City, which porfolio includes Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff. Matt Groening, Futurama (and The Simpsons) creator, penned original story for the game. To celebrate the launch of the game, Groening, David X. Cohen, Billy West and John Dimaggio did a few AMA’s on the “Internet”; here’s one they did on Reddit.

The game itself is part clone of Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, some RPG battles and others. By the way, Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff is also a clone of The Simpsons: Tapped Out game. It is somewhat funny since Family Guy had been accused for ripping off The Simpsons, as explained by South Park in Cartoon Wars Part I and Part II.

Apparently going off tangent is way too easy.

Back to the game…

The in-game graphics are faithfully recreated from the series, but some of the animations look a bit off. The music is also faithfully recreated from the series. The game itself is described by one of our colleagues as “laden with In-App-Purchases traps”.  It is only day one with this game, so we will see how far it will go.

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow is available on Android and iOS (alphabetically).
