Apple Lossless Audio Codec is now an Open Source Project.

Apple Lossless Audio Codec is now Open Source Project as reported by many. It is available under Apache license.

At first I thought:

Apple Free LossLess Audio Codec (AFLAC)
Wait a minute, it sounds just like Aflac.

There is also FLAC Project.
