March of the iPad 3.

According to an Apple employee who is definitely not Tim Cook, the next iPad is coming in March 2012. For the sake of this report let’s call the next iPad as “iPad 3”.

When asked about the release date of the next iPad after iPad 2 that might be called iPad 3, this Apple employee answered with one word: “March 2012”. Well, that’s not one word but the message is clear. Forget about the wild guess by Citigroup analyst who said the next iPad “could” come in February 2012.

Other than the March release date, the Apple employee is saying nothing else.

p.s. This Apple employee once again told me that I want the iPhone coming in 2012, not the one coming out in 2011. (reference)

HP to open source webOS.

HP announced that it will contribute webOS to the open source community. The next best thing for HP and a much better fate for webOS.

Will we see new webOS hardwares from other manufacturers? I certainly hope so. HP and open source community must improve webOS architecture

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit.

Every time I visit to Idaho, I always go to Dickey’s Barbecue Pit at least once for the duration of the trip. This past weekend I went to the one in Chino, California. I’m so glad to see some Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Southern California.

Yep, I had order number 37, good number.
