Where’s The Outrage? Microsoft is going after Motorola for Android.

Fortune reports that Microsoft is going after Motorola for Patent violations related to Android. Apparently Motorola won’t be going the Windows Phone 7 way in favor of Android. It is obvious that Microsoft is losing the grip and going lawsuit happy.

Anyone remembers that HTC signed a “Patent deal” related to Android with Microsoft? I really thought that Android is an Open Source Project led by Google. How can Microsoft asserting Patent right to someone else’s product?

Well, Microsoft has been claiming that another Open Source Project named Linux is violating their Patents. Novell was quick to “collaborate” with Microsoft. Linus Torvald disagrees.

There are a lot of people who feel disgusted with Apple suing HTC, and a lot of them cheered when HTC signe a deal with Microsoft. What is wrong with this picture? It is just like defending a castle from attacks by surrendering to another enemy with a bigger army. You still lose!

Shame on you, Microsoft. Is this how you innovate?

Apple seeds iOS 4.2 beta 2 and iTunes 10.1 beta to Developers.

As expected Apple seeds iOS 4.2 beta 2 to Developers today. In addition to that, Apple also seeds iTunes 10.1 beta for Mac OS X and Windows (x86 and x64) in conjunction of  iOS 4.2 beta 2.

As usual, information is a bit scarce due to a three letter abbreviation known as NDA.

If you are not using your iDevices for testing, please do not beg your friends or download it from unscrupulous site. Beta softwares known to have some bugs and iOS 4.2 beta is no exception.

Do not pay any sites for iOS beta. If you feel like getting the iOS beta, join iOS Developer Program for $99/year.

South Park: Season 14 Continues on October 6, 2010 and “A Little Box Of Butters” DVD.

After a controversial 200th and 201st episodes, South Park resumes its fourteenth season on October 6, 2010.

NEW YORK, September 21, 2010 – After addressing the boys’ sex addiction problems, Kyle’s “friend” issue on Facebook and hitting their 200th episode, everyone’s favorite foul-mouthed fourth-graders of “South Park” are back. Continuing its 14th season, “South Park” returns with seven all-new episodes beginning Wednesday, October 6 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on COMEDY CENTRAL.
