FOSS Patents blog reports that ESET, the maker of NOD-32 Antivirus filed a declaratory judgment action against Lodsys with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Lodsys recently gained notoriety for filing lawsuits against seven iOS Developers for in-app-purchases and in-app-upgrades related patents. Apple then filed motion to intervene on Lodsys Patent Lawsuit. A Michigan company named ForeSee Results Inc. is seeking to invalidate Lodsys patent portfolio.
I had the pleasure watching Foo Fighters: Back And Forth back in April 5th, 2011. It is now available on iTunes and soon to be on DVD and Blu-ray.

Foo Fighters: Back And Forth documents the making of Wasting Light as well as career-spanning-history of the band.
The screening of Foo Fighters: Back And Forth was followed by a live performance of Wasting Light in its entirety. Titled: Wasting Light Live from 606 and is available for viewing at Foo Fighters’ Youtube channel.

Sources unfamiliar with the matter says that Trey Parker and Matt Stone will be finishing up the second half of South Park Fifteenth Season this Fall.
Many speculates that episode titled “You’re Getting Old” could be South Park finale. While saying nothing on the record, Parker and Stone never mentioned anything about ending South Park early. Reportedly South Park will return for its sixteenth and seventeenth season.
“You’re Getting Old” might have the saddest ending of any South Park episode. This episode featured Stevie Nicks penned song “Landslide” which she performed with Fleetwood Mac. Videos of the song on Youtube suddenly getting boosts of viewers.
That’s the South Park bump.

As expected Apple files motion to intervene on Lodsys Patent Lawsuit against iOS Developers. Previously Apple Legal sent a letter Lodsys in response to the lawsuit threats against iOS Developers. Lodsys then filed lawsuit against seven iOS Developers earlier than planned because of the response by Apple.
Apple is not the only company juming into the Lodsys lawsuit mess. A Michigan company named ForeSee Results Inc. is seeking to invalidate Lodsys patent portfolio.
Apple will not be the last headache Lodsys have to deal with, assuming that Google would defend Android Developers from similar lawsuit threat.

These are the currently available services from Amazon, Google and Apple respectively. The more the merrier as long as they do not make me spend more money.
Following after the Apple WWDC 2011 Keynote, I obsessively refreshed iTunes 10.3 download page. Not until later in the evening the download actually happened. Immediately I checked all of the purchased songs and music videos from iTunes Store. As expected all past purchases of iTunes plus songs are DRM-free, while the ones I never upgraded still has the DRM.
Apple is doing something right for the consumer, especially for those who had catastrophic hard-drive failure and without any backups.
Let’s see how far iCloud will go.
