That&#8217;s because they are greedy, stupid or both. As a matter of fact, they are acting like <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/White-collar_crime\" target=\"_blank\">white-collar criminals<\/a> if they have not\u00a0 become ones already. Apple stock (AAPL) is sure taking the pummeling after Apple revealed its quarterly earning results.<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/pr\/library\/2013\/01\/23Apple-Reports-Record-Results.html\" target=\"_blank\">Apple PR<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Company sold 4.1 million Macs, compared to 5.2 million in the year-ago quarter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mac sales are down year-over-year and it is attributed to the availability of new iMacs which did not become available until November 30, 2012. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/pr\/library\/2012\/10\/23All-New-iMac-Features-Stunning-Design-Brilliant-Display-Faster-Performance.html\" target=\"_blank\">Apple announced new iMac lines<\/a> during its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/apple-events\/october-2012\/\" target=\"_blank\">October 23, 2012 special event<\/a>. Between October 23 and November 30, 2012 iMac lines were unavailable on Apple&#8217;s own online store.
