Samsung&#8217;s request for a stay of injunction against the sale of Galaxy Nexus was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2012\/07\/04\/us-apple-samsung-stay-idUSBRE86300C20120704\" target=\"_blank\">denied<\/a> by the Honorable Judge Lucy Koh.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder what would happen to the <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/devices\/details?id=nexus_7_8gb\" target=\"_blank\">Nexus-7 tablet<\/a>. What if it were banned for sale in the US too? I have already preordered one and there might be a chance I wouldn&#8217;t be getting it. To be honest, I am expecting Nexus-7 to ship before Apple can do anything about it.
