I have neither heard of them nor dealt with them.<\/p>\n<p>The text spam is coming from (631) 398-2764.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Text Spammer (631) 398-2764\" href=\"http:\/\/37prime.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_0448.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_0448\" src=\"http:\/\/37prime.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/IMG_0448.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Spam says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>You&#8217;ve been chosen for a FREE NFL Jersey! Click here to choose your team jersey: www.myfreeoffersite.com\/jerseyfree<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.networksolutions.com\/whois-search\/myfreeoffersite.com\" target=\"_blank\">myfreeoffersite.com<\/a> is registered through GoDaddy.com. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/supportcenter.godaddy.com\/Abuse\/SpamReport.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">file complaint to GoDaddy here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>myfreeoffersite.com redirects through multiple addresses and landed on http:\/\/walmart.mygiftcarddeal.com\/<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.networksolutions.com\/whois-search\/mygiftcarddeal.com\" target=\"_blank\">mygiftcarddeal.com<\/a> is registered through namecheap.com and protected through WhoisGuard.<\/p>\n<p>According to FCC, this type of &#8220;marketing&#8221; does violate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ftc.gov\/bcp\/edu\/pubs\/business\/ecommerce\/bus61.shtm\" target=\"_blank\">CAN-SPAM Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You should file <a href=\"http:\/\/esupport.fcc.gov\/complaints.htm?sid=d1e408&amp;id=d1e456\" target=\"_blank\">form 1088G<\/a> to report this violation.<\/p>\n<p>File a complaint on FCC site <a href=\"http:\/\/esupport.fcc.gov\/complaints.htm\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/esupport.fcc.gov\/complaints.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can also call 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-2255-322) voice; 1-888-TELL-FCC (1-888-8355-322) TTY.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just received another Text-Spam on my mobile phone.
