The six companies are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DriveTime Automotive Group<\/li>\n<li>ESET<\/li>\n<li>ForeSee Results<\/li>\n<li>LivePerson<\/li>\n<li>OpinionLab<\/li>\n<li>The New York Times Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fosspatents.blogspot.com\/2011\/06\/all-four-lodsys-patents-under.html\" target=\"_blank\">ForeSee Results<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/fosspatents.blogspot.com\/2011\/06\/all-four-lodsys-patents-now-also.html\" target=\"_blank\">ESET<\/a> previously issued challenges against Lodsys&#8217; patent portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Lodsys has filed lawsuits against numbers of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2011\/05\/31\/lodsys-responds-to-apple-files-lawsuits-against-app-developers\/\" target=\"_blank\">iOS<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/groups.google.com\/group\/android-discuss\/browse_thread\/thread\/cc9e7843da5c34b6\/6a9241ce21c75568\" target=\"_blank\">Android<\/a> developers. <a href=\"http:\/\/fosspatents.blogspot.com\/2011\/06\/apple-enters-fray-against-lodsys-files.html\" target=\"_blank\">Apple has filed motion to intervene<\/a> on Lodsys Patent Lawsuit against iOS Developers.
