This is an unsolicited marketing ploy from unscrupulous individual(s).<\/p>\n<p>This time is from (714) 916-3671<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Yet Another Text-Spammer: (714) 916-3671\" src=\"http:\/\/37prime.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/IMG_0646.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Spam says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If you are $10,000 or more in Credit Card Debt, you qualify for our Debt Settlement Program. Reply &#8220;YES&#8221; to be contacted today with info.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I have previously contacted FCC regarding this issue, and surprisingly FCC found that these Text-Spam do not violate the Communication Act of 1934.<\/p>\n<p>More on this.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UPDATE I just called FCC regarding this matter and this type of &#8220;marketing&#8221; does violate CAN-SPAM Act.
