No it&#8217;s not the one from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YFNQE_TzQNI\" target=\"_blank\">Mad TV sketch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A few days ago I read a hilarious post from <a href=\"http:\/\/knicelanding.com\/post\/347099349\/20-things-apple-haters-already-hate-about-the-apple\" target=\"_blank\">knice.landing<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/knicelanding.com\/post\/347099349\/20-things-apple-haters-already-hate-about-the-apple\" target=\"_blank\">20 things Apple haters already hate about the Apple Tablet<\/a>); it somewhat rings true. Apple haters already hate the iPad. It&#8217;s not about the name.<\/p>\n<p>Well, you don&#8217;t have to be an Apple hater to hate the Apple iPad. You could be a dirty unbathed free-software hippie for example.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some reasons why, and they are real complaints taken from comments all over the Internet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is not open.<\/li>\n<li>It is not open source.<\/li>\n<li>iTunes App Store sucks.<\/li>\n<li>It is locked in to Apple&#8217;s proprietary software.<\/li>\n<li>It runs Apple&#8217;s own processor.<\/li>\n<li>It is not as good and open and free as Android.<\/li>\n<li>It has a limited\/crippled multi-tasking feature.<\/li>\n<li>It does not use nVidia Ion chipset.<\/li>\n<li>It does not use Intel processor.<\/li>\n<li>It does not run Windows 7.<\/li>\n<li>Paul Thurrott said the iPad sucks.<\/li>\n<li>Rob Enderle said the iPad sucks.<\/li>\n<li>Steve Ballmer said the iPad sucks.<\/li>\n<li>It has small storage.<\/li>\n<li>It does not have OLED screen.<\/li>\n<li>It does not have stylus.<\/li>\n<li>Steve Jobs is dressed poorly.<\/li>\n<li>What about Adobe Flash? Seriously, does it even run Flash? Flash! Ah ah! (queues Queen song).<\/li>\n<li>It does not have real keyboard. (What? It&#8217;s a &#8220;tablet&#8221; computer.)<\/li>\n<li>It looks like an oversize iPhone.<\/li>\n<li>Battery life is only 10 hours.<\/li>\n<li>It is tied to iTunes.<\/li>\n<li>It does not have 10 Megapixel camera.<\/li>\n<li>It is on AT&amp;T 3G. Why can&#8217;t it be with (insert company name here).<\/li>\n<li>It is not the one Jason Calacanis said he had. (p.s. Jason Calacanis is an attention whore.)<\/li>\n<li>It is $499 &#8211; that&#8217;s too expensive. Greedy Apple!<\/li>\n<li>No front facing camera.<\/li>\n<li>No camera.<\/li>\n<li>Battery is not removable.<\/li>\n<li>The name &#8220;iPad&#8221; sucks.<\/li>\n<li>Netbook is much better.<\/li>\n<li>It does not have Ogg support.<\/li>\n<li>It does not play Windows Media Format files.<\/li>\n<li>It does not have Blu-Ray drive.<\/li>\n<li>No free software (this and next 3 <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/tech-policy\/news\/2010\/01\/protestors-ipad-is-nothing-more-than-a-golden-calf-of-drm.ars\" target=\"_blank\">from Ars Technica<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>No installing apps from the Web<\/li>\n<li>No sharing music or books<\/li>\n<li>We can remotely disable your apps &amp; media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More &#8220;I hate iPad&#8221; diatribes can and might be found below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/i.gizmodo.com\/5458382\/8-things-that-suck-about-the-ipad\" target=\"_blank\">Gizmodo<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/reddit.com\/comments\/auw6b\/the_ipad_sucks_there_i_said_it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reddit<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More to come&#8230;&#8230;. maybe<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apple iPad http:\/\/www.apple.com\/ipad\/ Apple has just revealed their latest creation, the iPad.
