There is no year Zero so the decade starts at year One. This means this Decade starts in January 2001 and ends in December 2010. Why do everyone calling out “The Best of This Decade” already?<\/p>\n

Well, unless we’re talking some programming logic, we’re starting at Zero. But we never had year Zero.<\/p>\n

Once again, the 21’s Century starts in 2001, not in 2000.<\/p>\n
