The latest one that came to my phone is from (949) 439-7109 and it says:<\/p>\n
If you are struggling to keep up with credit card payments and have more than $10k in debt, we can help. May we give you a call regarding this?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
A query on Google<\/a> reveals that others have also received such text message.<\/p>\n
If you received such text messages, file a complaint to FCC (http:\/\/esupport.fcc.gov\/complaints.htm<\/a>).<\/p>\n
Select the options in the following sequence:<\/p>\n

- Wireless Telephone<\/li>\n
- Telemarketing calls (including Do-Not-Call), prerecorded messages and unsolicited commercial emails received on a wireless phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
