In the ultimate sense of irony, Lars Ulrich told Wired that he downloaded the whole “Death Magnetic” using Bit Torrent<\/a>. Back in April 2000 Ulrich spearheaded Metallica’s suit against Napster<\/a> for copyright infringement.<\/p>\n

Now the question is, will RIAA sue Lars Ulrich for downloading “Death Magnetic” using Bit Torrent? Well, RIAA has been suing people left and right for allegedly downloading music from P2P networks. Bit Torrent is one of those P2P networks.<\/p>\n
