Back in April 2000 Ulrich spearheaded <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lars_Ulrich#Napster_controversy\" target=\"_blank\">Metallica&#8217;s suit against Napster<\/a> for copyright infringement.<\/p>\n<p>Now the question is, will RIAA sue Lars Ulrich for downloading &#8220;Death Magnetic&#8221; using Bit Torrent? Well, RIAA has been suing people left and right for allegedly downloading music from P2P networks.
