I saw the paperwork and it specifically said what the customer name and username should be. For some reason this &#8220;Genius&#8221; assigned &#8220;Owner&#8221; for the name of the account. To top it off, the customer was not given the password to access her own MacBook Pro.<\/p>\n<p>I reset the &#8220;Owner&#8221; password using the <a href=\"http:\/\/support.apple.com\/kb\/HT4718\" target=\"_blank\">Recovery System<\/a>.
