Clarifications from Google:
If you currently have a private profile but you do not wish to make your profile public, you can delete your profile. Or, you can simply do nothing. All private profiles will be deleted after July 31, 2011.
That’s more like it. I’ve deleted my personal Google Profile anyway.

Search Engine Land reported that Google+ Profiles Will Be Public: Google To Terminate All Private Profiles After July 31st.
Good move, Google. I just remembered to delete my Google Profile, the personal one. I do have a different account that has no personal information other than my professional experience.
Let’s take a look at part of my to-do-list:
- Delete Facebook Profile – done
- Delete personal Google Profile – done
- Not joining Google+ – done
What’s next Google? What about fending off Microsoft from threatening manufacturers over Android and Chrome?

Amazon Cloud Drive, Google Music Beta and iTunes in the Cloud. June 9, 2011

- New MP3 purchases are automatically saved in the Cloud Drive.
Google Music Beta
- Limit of 20,000 of songs upload regardless of the size.
iTunes in the Cloud
- All purchased music and music videos are available for download, including the ones from the past.
These are the currently available services from Amazon, Google and Apple respectively. The more the merrier as long as they do not make me spend more money.

Lodsys responds to Apple by suing iOS Developers earlier than planned. June 1, 2011
Posted by very in : Announcement, Apple, Applications, Apps, iOS, Media, News, Resources, Tech , add a commentLodsys moves to sue iOS Developers earlier than planned as a respond to “Apple’s threat“.
From Lodsys’ blog:
Q: Why did Lodsys sue some App Developers on May 31, 2011?
Lodsys chose to move its litigation timing to an earlier date than originally planned, in response to Apple’s threat, in order to preserve its legal options.
Lodsys also sent Legal threats to Android Developers regarding in-app-purchasing patent.
Lodsys revealed that Apple, Google and Microsoft are already licensee of Lodsys’ patent portfolio. Apple, Google and Microsoft could seek to invalidate Lodsys patent.

For some reason, this is what the iPhone 4 thinks of Lodsys:
Lodsys also threatens Android Developers over patent. Google, it’s your move. May 27, 2011
Posted by very in : Apple, Applications, Apps, iOS, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Media, News, Resources, Tech , add a commentAfter gaining a lot of attention for sending lawsuit threat to numbers of iOS Developers, Lodsys is also going after Android Developers over in-app purchasing patent. Lodsys in its Q&A blog explained why its going after individual developers but not Apple, Google and Microsoft; that’s because the three companies have already licensed the four patents in question.
On May 23rd, 2011 Apple Legal sent a letter to Lodsys stating that Apple is licensed to all four patents in the Lodsys portfolio. Any iOS Applications published in iTunes App Store are essentially covered by the license.
Android Developers are hoping Google to do the same with what Apple did for its Developers.

What Data Breach? I have Nexus One. May 18, 2011
Posted by very in : Announcement, Media, News, Resources, Security, Tech, Troubleshooting , add a commentGoogle is reportedly moving to patch a Wi-Fi Data Leak in Android. Android devices running Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread are not affected with the exception of Picasa http request.

To my recollection, there are less than a handful of Android devices running version 2.3.4 (and above) including Nexus One, Nexus S and Nexus S 4G. The upcoming Motorola Droid X2 will come with Android 2.2 Froyo.
