How am I supposed to disable extensions if it crashes before I can?

I assume you can launch Chrome while pressing the "option" key.

Can't say what the solution is for now. Those who are running Mac OS X Lion are not divulging any info to us, officially. Based on the comments at Chrome blog, disabling the extensions do not prevent Chrome from crashing.

Guess you have to wait for the next Chrome releases.
