So I snuck in to Sony Pictures Office on Monday and managed to snag the final draft of “the social network” script. This version of the script is the one David Fincher will be shooting starting this late October.
The final cut of the movie is estimated to clock in at 2 hours and 12 minutes of Mark Zuckerberg as portrayed by Jesse Eisenberg non-denial denial about the events described in “The Accidental Billionaires” book through Zuckerberg’s Facebook Wall.
Seriously, do you really want to see this movie?
Even David Fincher doesn’t want to see this movie.
OK, I didn’t sneak into Sony Pictures Office, but I did visit the pre-production office for this movie.
This is silly, but not as silly as casting Justin Timberlake for this stupid movie.

If only I was listening to Iron Maiden’s “The Number of The Beast” at that time I would have had a hat-trick.

On Monday May 4th, 2009 I had a remote recording session with Carlos Alazraqui and Cedric Yarbrough. Some might ask why I put Carlos before Cedric. The answer is pretty simple. Alphabetically Carlos Alazraqui comes before Cedric Yarbrough; be it by the first name or the last name.
We recorded a simple video using a Polycarbonate MacBook built-in iSight straight into iMovie ’09. Carlos and Cedric recorded their parts while I was 40-something miles away. Yes, we were using iChat to set-up, edit and encode the video.
After the video was done I uploaded it to a server so it can be downloaded by someone in the East Coast.
That was a great use of technology.

There are tons of stupid advertisements I wanted to rant about lately. There are Burger King’s, Microsoft’s, Carl’s Jr.’s, Verizon’s, AT&T’s, etc. There are also advertisements that I like because they are actually witty and funny.
There’s no good point of discussing the stupid advertisements because that’s what the ad-creators want us to do. In general it is common to bend the truth in advertising, but some are taking it too far. Selective facts are presented to make the argument.
Smart consumers can spot all the inconsistencies in those ads.
It is unfortunate that these ads are nothing but ego strokes to the companies.
End of this rant.
