South Park Season 12 Episode 4 on:

  • Amazon Unbox (available on Saturday - April 5th, 2008)

South Park Studios and Comedy Central would like to remind you if you are looking for South Park episode, you can get it at iTunes Store, Amazon Unbox, or xBox LIVE instead of downloading the AVI or RM files off torrents from site likes mrtwig.net or southparkfiles.com. Comedy Central is so relieved that mrtwig.net is currently down. Another reminder from the Good Ol’ Comedy Central that asks everyone to stay away from southparkfiles.com, because southparkfiles.com has every single South Park episode made available in one form or another. Yeah, please do not go search for “South Park Torrent” on Google.

Remember downloading TV episodes off torrents is generally frowned upon by the TV networks. It’d be very very very wrong to download South Park episodes off torrent sites such as mrtwig.net where you can find high quality South Park episodes in AVI and RM. Please forget that you can find high quality South Park episode links on the Internet because Comedy Central would like you to purchase them. One final note, Comedy Central thanks you for purchasing South Park DVDs.

WordPress 2.5 Upgrade

Posted in Announcements, Resources, Tech at 4:31 pm by Administrator

I upgraded 37primeBlog to WordPress 2.5, and it was successful. Unfortunately there is still some silly glitch on this blog, and I have yet found the fix for it. I can’t use Visual Editor to write new post.

Ah well, I’m gonna keep looking and slowly restore this blog from an outdated back-up.

Upgrading to WordPress 2.5

Posted in Announcements, Applications, Apps, Media, News, Resources, Tech at 2:56 am by Administrator

The great folks at WordPress.org have been working hard at new WordPress version. I finally upgraded this blog 37prime.news (http://37prime.com/news/) to version 2.5 about fifteen minutes ago. I was reluctant at first to upgrade the blog since my previous big upgrade killed 37primeBlog database. Don’t know how and why it happened, but it was not pretty. This time I backed up the database using three different methods, just in case.

To my surprise the upgrade from WP 2.3.2 to WP 2.5 was smooth. No hick-ups. I am thankful for that.

Anyway, you can grab WordPress 2.5 at WordPress.org. You can also read more about it here.

p.s. I am planning to upgrade 37primeBlog to WP 2.5 and gradually restore the database from an outdated back-up.

One of Many Reasons to Get FiOS

I’m fortunate enough to find out that FiOS was available in my area. I ordered it and had it installed sometimes in 2007. Currently I have the 15Mbps up and 2Mbps down. I’m want to upgrade to the 15/15 service.

This is one of many reasons to get FiOS, and it actually peaked at 1.8MB/s:

WebKit Achieves 100/100 on Acid3 Test with Flying Colors

Posted in Announcements, Apple, Applications, Apps, Media, News, Resources, Reviews, Security, Tech, Vista, Windows at 7:52 pm by Administrator

The people who develops Opera and WebKit are racing to pass Acid3 test. Both camps have scored 100/100 on Acid3 test. According to both Opera and WebKit camp, even though they scored 100/100, there are still some bug fixing to do.

The WebKit folks announces that WebKit achieves Acid3 100/100 in public build, today.

With r31342 WebKit has become the first publicly available rendering engine to achieve 100/100 on Acid3.

Meanwhile, Opera folks were the first to claim perfect score on Acid3 test using their internal build.

I downloaded WebKit build r31344 and ran Acid3 test on it. The video can be found here (QuickTime Movie 744KB).

WebKit Aims to Pass Acid3 Test

Flurry of “nightly builds” of WebKit were released today, and it appears that the WebKit team is aiming for a perfect score on Acid3 test. I downloaded at least five different WebKit builds today, and the latest one (build 31334) scores 99/100 on Acid3 test (QuickTime Movie 376KB). Can they make the perfect grade? I’m sure they will soon. Apparently an internal build of Opera has passed Acid3 Test.
